looks like akaneia sonic
They resemble his moves in Brawl, which would have been the only Smash game he was in when this was made. Note how they're attack-oriented, with the spinning specifically resembling his special moves from the game. Granted, they're also similar to Sonic Battle sprites.
@Doc von Schmeltwick: Actually These Don't Look Smash-esque At All
And This Exact Same Sheet Can Be Found In The Sonic Customs Meaning It's More Aimed For A Sonic Game
So These Actually Are Not Pretty Smash-esque, Do Not Double Lie
(I'm Sorry If This Offended You Doc)

@Beanluv Umm, these actually are pretty Smash-esque, do not lie.
There are a few random sheets that were just crammed into the Smash Bros. Customs just because said sheets were of a character that was in Smash. This is a prime example of one. These sprites aren't even based on the Smash Bros. Sonic, so obviously this sheet wasn't made with the intent of somebody using it for a Smash Bros. fan game. I think these types of sheets should be removed from the Smash Bros. Customs because of this.
(I'm gonna be posting slightly altered versions of this comment on sheets I think the same thing about.)
