i think everyone is confused because Sonic 3 and knuckles big rings already exist , therefore this is a revamped version of the big ring.

i feel like a name of 'Big Ring (S3K, Redone) would be more fitting considering what you said

hmm yes, the floor here is made out of floor
that may be due to my use of an orthographic 3D projection.
I remade the model, re-rendered it, and colored it myself.
It looks less 3d here, and a bit more like the real normal rings

I felt like reworking the sprites. I had basically nothing else to do at the moment, and I also wanted to slightly refine my strategy for making pre-rendered sprites.
Didn't know the Big Ring could even be done in its own style... be done more in its own style... whatever this is.
