some of the ones under "Backgrounds & Tiles" use purely generation 3 tiles.

I hate to say it, but I feel that splitting these up is a bad idea, specifically because unlike, say, the Final Fantasy series, the Pokémon are not inherently exclusive to a single generation, and if Pokémon Masters is any indication, neither are the trainers. Plus a lot of the submissions in Pokémon Customs are specifically multi-generational (e.g. the Poké Balls or most of the tilesets), which means they wouldn't fit under any one section. Plus we have single game sections on tSR (even Pokémon Black / White specifically) that are larger than all of the current Pokémon Customs combined. :/

Whoa, I did not expect that Pokemon Generation 2 Customs page will exist due to how many Generation 2 Pokemon custom sprites exist.
