That aside, I do recall Mr. Hideki Ishikawa making his set of his own 8bit-styled sprites featuring Waltz and he pitched it to Capcom at the last ditch effort to get her in Inti's classic Mega Man sequels, but was rejected.
However, i did all i could to relook for it in my computer and online, especially at his website/blog, which he retooled long ago.
If anyone could help uncover, please do. It's just one of many missing material that's been lost for a while now.

She's also apparently "banned" from any other appearances in games and other licensed media, at least according to the people behind the Archie Sonic/Mega Man comics.
Let's say the artist had a bit of too much fun with his and Capcom's OCs...but it was all in caution. I personally think they'll reconsider and help her outgrow that one day as long there's strong interest.

She's a character that first appeared in an illustration of a re-imagined Mega Man universe drawn by one of Capcom's character designers. She also had a very minor appearance in a licensed comic.
Remind me who Waltz is?
This is 100% the most obscure Mega Man custom sheet on this site. Good job! Wish they did something with this character.
