Other than incorrect Fire, Starman and transformation palettes, the only issue I could see with the first option is the hard hats (on both forms) might have to be resized and kind of lose their shapes to fit. I originally kept Mario/Luigi's head shapes, but replaced them with more accurate (bigger and rounder) ones since Bob's head is a perfect sphere.
Seeing a ROM hack or a SMB1R mod with this sheet would be fire
