Their response definitely was, but there was indeed a section that existed that only had a single submission not too long ago, before I moved it to the Chapter 3 section.
I think they were being facetious
Someone's getting ahead of themselves there, the only reason they'd have their own category is if there were enough submissions -- one is definitely not it.
i can't believe the roaring fraud has their own section while peach boy doesn't, we must execute the person who made the roaring sprite to keep balance

i think the roaring knight would have their own category considering they're the main antagonist and not tied to any dark worlds in particular. chapter 3 just so happens to be the first time we see them, but they were foreshadowed in chapters 1 and 2 and have a much bigger role in chapter 4.

Yes, if they are an official character, then you can make customs for them. I'd say they should go in Chapter 3 Bosses.
