On the NES, it WAS a Prototype. It wasn't completed until years later when it was put on the Virtual Console, which is not the NES. |

@shadowman44 no such thing as an office for things like this nor devs XD 80s and 90s were basically the homebrew scene since next to no one in the world could afford a Nintendo especially a game so we made random games on our own and bought bootlegs that some pleb made in his basement. It was a scene where a basic everyday random person and bored kids who nerd out on tech making hacks, ports and games at home. Person who made this obviously made it as a joke, not because they wanted sales XD also the rest of the sprites look like they are taken from random games from different platforms, it's really a hodge podge of random things that have a identity crisis ... |

Seems the background cameos aren't all accounted for. The Saffron City ones are on the Pokemon sheet (aside from Moltres, it seems), and the Kongo Jungle, Dream Land, and Mushroom Kingdom ones are on Textures Resource, but the ones for Peach's Castle, Planet Zebes, and Sector Z aren't anywhere on here (aside from Models Resource for the last one, but not by itself). What's a good way of ripping sprites/textures from this game? Also, are the "vs" portraits sprites? Because they don't seem to be anywhere. |
