I really don't get the hate for him. The whole point of Undertale's pacifist route is to accept people no matter what kind of quirks they have. 2. Who the hell cares if he's a fatfur OC? If it actually mattered as much as people want it to then Toby probably wouldn't have added him. Also, if you were paid $1000 to add someone's character to your game, would you actually care about where they came from? I wouldn't (unless it was like CP or something illegal). It also becomes weirder when you think about what the UT fandom does with the characters (most notably, Sans). It really makes no sense that chubby kangaroo boi's get hated for something the Undertale fandom LOVES to do. So sorry, So Sorry, you deserved MUCH better. |

It's because Death Knight is an edit of an edit. He's based on Trans Grosse's sprites, just stretched horizontally and tweaked beyond recognition. Trans Grosse is already an edit of Hans from the last game (also being stretched horizontally, along with being given green armor and longer spikes. You can see some of the resizing artefacts near his feet. Also his right leg changes position mid-firing animation for some reason. |

@D.M these are ripped directly from the game files, the earlier sheet had duplicated some of the frames to fill out animations. The palettes were also taken from the emulator, not the game files, as soon as I've extracted the actual palettes, I can add the variations. One thing to note is the fact that the palette rotates between frames, so each frame could potentially be duplicated many times, as seen in the stage background sheets. |
