This game is actually fairly impressive now that I've given it another look. They pulled off a mode 7-style effect entirely in software while still keeping a decent framerate (at least by Leapster standards)

You also didn't say anything about needing to give you credit for sprites that were simply based on/inspired by your sheet. You just said to credit you for using the actual sprites, which this person clearly didn't do.

For those wondering:
The test level's tiles aren't animated for some reason. I think it uses a slightly earlier version of the tileset used in Angel Island, which would explain the lack of animation. (The ones used in Angel Island are animated though)
