@ForeheadDavidPC The game uses an absolute mess of an OS - the menus and stuff are in Windows 9x, but the gameplay (the shooting stuff) is on MS-DOS.

This is why the game is next-to-impossible to run.

This is technically a texture and I originally submitted it to the Textures Resource, but it was moved here.

Basically, he just floats around like this, but instead of being locked to facing the screen like most 2D objects are, he actually turns and faces different directions in a 3D manner, so it’s difficult to categorize him.
