Especially since people thought it was a ROASTED chicken, as the skin of a roasted chicken is brown and the Annoying Dog's fur is clearly white. |

That, and its sprites were used frequently for YouTube videos during that website's earliest years. It make not have taken the world by storm like Undertale/Deltarune, but it being as popular as it is on this website is definitely understandable. |
