Koopas & Masked Koopas		 That "unused" shell palette is actually used in Valley of Bowser 2. This sheet's missing the other kamikaze koopa palette from that level as well.

Plus, some of the enemies/bosses exclusive to the deluxe versions; Fred Fuchs (You know what I mean, and I am talking about how he looks in the likeness of Gilbert Gottfried), the F-ing Rabbit (all stages), the Bloodstain Bears, and the final boss(es).
