| Nov 30, 2022 7:20 PM | Santino | Asset: Sonic the Hedgehog | I made a little edit of the pallete of the standing sprite and it honestly turned out very well, i used knuckles' skin tone from the knuckles chaotix sprites as sonic's skin tone (duh, it obviouslly wasn't gonna be the shoes, lol) and it looked alright, i also made an alt using some of the blues from the botanic base level 5 (day) background and it looked very good. It seems like i can't do the (img) thingy so i'll just have a link to a post i made about the sprite on twitter if anyone is curious. Pd: Does the img url command appear in the preview or do you have to post the comment for that command to work? I guessed that it should show on the preview but it didn't. |

This is a combination of his blocking sprites and Glass Joe's dodge, a sprite with unique art just for that sprite, so I kind of doubt that this is the real sprite. Also, while it is custom, it would've been neat to keep the custom fixed block sprite. |

The latter one is facing the right direction and the animation is correct too. The somersault is kinda glitchy, because the first frame is either just Plok's upside down head or his empty body. I left these out and while the rest of the animation is correct, I checked again and changed the frame which starts the loop. I also changed the notes entirely to make the palettes and the cycles more understandable. |

Likely because they wanted to differentiate characters like Nitta because already, there are a lot of characters on the Japan team that use Player Type 3. |

It looks like it should match the somersault animation, with the head going first and the whole thing turning clockwise. But instead, his body goes first, and it rotates anticlockwise. |
