This is a game where pre rendered CG, live action photographs, and stick figures coexist. Being this nitpicky about a part of the game that doesn't even make up 1% of the graphical assets in the game, which I guarantee you didn't even notice had issues until it was laid out frame by frame like this, is ridiculous. 9-Volt microgames were never meant to be extremely intricate 1:1 recreations, they're just bite sized nostalgia packets you experience for three seconds at a time. You can find goofs like this across the entire WarioWare series, and there isn't anything drastically worse about this one in context. |

@Megamagmax740 Hey, don't be too hard on the spriter. It doesn't matter what a sheet looks like, fact of the matter is, every sheet takes a lot of time to make. If the creator likes what they did, it really doesn't matter if not everyone else does. |

Yuck. Eggman is covered with Photoshop filters, ruining the sprite. And that Metal Shadow is so horribly dated I remember it being part of Fireball20xl! |

I mean, he does have a point. While the issue is mostly limited to these mega man character edits (the other ones he's done look better to me), There is quite a lot of shading/pixel accents here which can make sprites a little crowded and hard to animate. Especially if you're looking at sprites as small as these. I do appreciate where he was going with it, but maybe toning down the shading and pixel accents (especially with the projectiles) could make the sprites more readable and easier to use. This was once an issue with me at one point when I was tweaking my style and I am glad I got out of it. |
