@Rottytops64 Yeah, it's a bad port of the arcade game. There's just so many issues with it outside of the obvious speed issue from having a tighter time limit than the arcade to input lag when the frame rate drops to parts of the track design being cut back and the presentation is all wrong... It's very possible to crash your car at the start of the game going over the first jump just because the physics are poor. Besides the game came out in 1991 (very early into the SNES's life, one of the earliest games made in the US) and the helper chips such as the SuperFX and especially the SA1 that would have helped just weren't there yet. So its pretty much more or less what the SNES can do at the time. The Genesis version is better but that also has problems being unfinished. So yeah, the arcade version is the best but the Game Boy version isn't too bad for the hardware though (done by the same people as Star Fox). |

This game is unplayable due to low FPS, this game renders the entire screen and it only shows a part and doesn't use SNES CPU functions that would help to improve this, and I prefer the Arcade version anyway |

It's a narrative thing. There's a lot of evidence that Knuckles' campaign takes place after Sonic, and the echidna can't punt a boulder into himself to fall into a lava crater. |

@MilesPrower88 Nope. Presumably he played a hacked version with colors in as there are Super Mario Land 1 & 2 Colorized hacks around. If not, then it gets technical... Technically the Super Game Boy decides to use one of the built in palettes for the two games but they aren't for the game itself. Similarly if you played the game on a Game Boy Color, you can choose one of the built in palettes but again not for the game itself. Nearly all of the early Game Boy games (and some later ones before the GBC) were designed in monochrome. |

More likely it was just an earlier design that S&K updated, similar to Knuckles getting made a deeper red. EDIT: Well, the playable Knuckles, anyway. |

Cool, and the most difficult to get since it required going through a process I really don't want to rely on too much XD I should point out, that's the fixed version for some sort of sake of consistency. The actual version in game has a flipped tile on the right glass/line, replacing the hologram of the Death Egg in the in-between frames. |

@MilesPrower88: Like I said on the Super Mario Land page as well, there aren't any. Super Mario Land 2 is not a Super Game Boy / Game Boy Color game, and any other palettes are unofficial. |

Mostly updates for palette lines (so they have better reference points), the disclaimer boxes, and anything else that needed adjusting/inserting. Most of the new version files were done before Christmas as part of a much large batch plan, but, that's fallen through and become part of a smaller set that will be finished tomorrow afternoon. |
