It's because of how I had to rip the game with NinjaRipper. The main sheets don't get dumped fully colored (not NR's fault it's just how the game was setup) with a separate sheet of the palette, which I had to recolor the main sheet with. Not to make requests, but this sheet REALLY needs some sort of re-organization. I could try sometime soon, but I haven't played the game in years, so I don't know what half of these sprites are for. It's simply too difficult to find something as simple as the standing sprite. |

I have a theory in regards to all five houses being based on the five Home Alone movies. The McCallister Mansion is from the first movie, the old house is based on the abandoned building in the second movie, the country house is based on Alex Pruitt's house from Home Alone 3. The Ultra Modern House is based on Natalie Kalban's mansion in Home Alone 4 due to the similarities of both having futuristic gadgets, and the Colonial House is based on the fifth and more recent Home Alone movie. |

Quick heads up that a lot of the sprites in these sheets look cut off, misaligned, or otherwise distorted. That's actually how they are in this game. This port is really not good... In fact, I find it even worse than Sonic 1 on GBA! |

@Petie late response from me but honestly I'm thankful to know this, I was worryingly unsure if I was over-criticizing sheets or not since I try to catch as many details as I can and be as clear as possible. I wasn't around VG Resource's forums that much so it's a relief to know that a lot of words won't always be seen as overwhelming (in cases like this anyway). |

Thanks @SpritZ @Murphmario I understand most people not wanting to have there sprite made exe, cause just recolor the eyes. But these days people change the sprite a lot with exe! |

@Doc Melonhead I know they added a second frame to both his gliding pose and...sliding pose? Not sure the best word, the one for steep slopes and such. Not sure if there's anything else beyond what you already said. |

Added a few things I missed to April, Casey (their jump special's camera and basketball respectively), the Foot Soldiers (their kite and cars) and Wingnut (the pre-boss battle missiles, don't know if they're specifically his but I couldn't think of any better spot for 'em). Should be obvious what's coming soon! (EDIT: Updated the Foot Soldiers again as I forgot to add the standalone burger tray sprites.) |

Fun fact - I was gonna make a stomach shine and the cheek shine a lighter skin tone like in mania, for the purpose of letting you decide to keep them or not, without destroying the whole sprite. but then I realized the cheek shine would be gone if it were to be removed, unlike with the shoe's shine. |

@Lunar994 I disabled all the other layers and changed the background color (so it wasn't the same colour as the outline) using a memory viewer. |

@Sonicspritemaster Both you and Rainbow Question Mark are right in a way... It started off GCC reverse engineering Pac-Man to make Crazy Otto and showed it to Midway who had the US rights to Pac-Man. They liked it and with the blessing of the late Namco boss Masaya Nakamura made the game very quickly (apparently took about 2 weeks). So for a while this was a sequel to Pac-Man (games like Pac-Man Plus are considered an expansion). After the split between Midway and Namco, Namco considers Super Pac-Man to be the sequel as it was done by the original creator but still included Ms. Pac-Man due to its popularity and used the character. Now with AtGames having the rights from GCC and Bandai Namco replacing her with Pac-Mom, Ms. Pac-Man is now completely non-canon. |

To anyone thinking "Why aren't there any DLC sheets/rips yet?", it's because... A). Ripping sprites takes a LOT of time (especially for Cuphead). B). When the sheets/rips are uploaded here, moderators have to review and accept them, which also takes a good amount of time. So, please be patient -- DLC stuff WILL be here eventually! There are currently 10 pending sheets/rips uploaded by various hard-working members, most of which include DLC-exclusive bosses and Ms. Chalice herself! There's also some non-DLC stuff being updated, so keep that in mind as well. :> |
