Rampage World Tour, Wonder Project J2, Bust a Move 2 & 3, Magical Tetris Challenge, Pokémon Puzzle League, Dr. Mario 64, Clay Fighter 63 1/3, Puyo Puyo 3 & 4, Rakuga Kids, Worms Armageddon, Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits, NBA Hang Time, various Japanese board/card games (e.g. mahjong, shogi, hanafuda). Killer Instinct Gold might be 2D as well due to the original arcade version. Probably a couple missing out that haven't been covered but you get the idea.

@walmaker: That was what the cactus was originally gonna give you for beating each boss. Everytime you beat a boss with Ms. Chalice, you'd get the flower that matches with it. For example: "I'd sure love to tell 'The Tale of the Villainous Veggies Vanquished'." *finishes Botanic Panic* Flower appears.
