Basically, it takes the R G B values out of the sprite and multiply each of them with predefined colors, before adding them all back together R * #854000 G * #29BF80 B * #360066 (The colors aren't exact but still very close, I couldn't find the actual colors within the data.win) |

If you use the magic wand tool in an image editor, it becomes very obvious. Also, the discolouring affects some of the sheet's background's pixels, and I checked the Chapter 1+2 demo's files, and the issue isn't there, so it's not a problem with the original sprites themselves. |

Also top left one has one of the truth photos in the background, the rest of the top row all have the last truth photo specifically. Middle left has nothing, next one has a not very subtle hellmari, next has the weird hair monster in the town area's enterable house, next has the big bird guy. The bottom left one has a very subtle hellmari and the last one has Basil's something. That's all the references. |
