Update: - Added the dancing sprites from the final game and rearranged the sprites. Also, it's nice to see that the dancing sprites made it into the final game since they were originally only seen in prerelease footage. |

I think those game names were accidentally flipped around. AFAIK Sonic 2 used the same Sonic sprites between the Master System and the Game Gear. |

Nah, you can use more colors on the NES using some programming tricks. The Megaman series is a example of this. The only thing I think that could be better is that the sprite is a little too big for a bob-omb. But anyway, it is still a pretty amazing sprite! Very detailed and it has very accurate proportions. It kinda reminds me a little of the Mario Maker SMB1 sprites. |
