Yeah I seen few joke arts about this game back in a day but never put 2 and 2 together it was an actual game. (jokes, joke art, parody = memes before they were called memes)
They been milking Bomberman titles like crazy, so many games...
However, upon looking it up now I can't find any legit info about this game. The list of Bomberman games doesn't include this title. So I think this is either some shovel-ware, edutanment game or bootleg or combination of all XD
