It currently adds 50+ playable classes, ranging from characters from various media to original ones by the devs themselves. They're balanced around multiplayer in mind, and they all have their own sets of weapons that are very different from Doom Guy's. |

It's always a bit tricky to get used to changes, but I don't think it'll be a big issue in this case. One thing I didn't like is the livestream on the front page. I don't have anything against it in itself, but I don't like that it autoplays when you enter the page. I don't know if that's something that can be changed or is basically enforced by Twitch, though. |
