For an April Fools joke, they uploaded hoax screenshots of a 3D sequel and the next day uploaded a file containing the model for people to use. I've got the feeling they're less likely to take offense of the visual assets being here compared to the music, as I believe that is for sale.
I don't know if the creator of Rokko Chan allow these sheets being in TSR.
