Also, I'm not sure how to change it to be a 1000 - 1000 chance, but if I had to take a guess, you'll probably have to edit the game's code.

For those not knowing this,these are from a 1 in 1000 chance game over screen secret.Apparently it's also a reference to something that i haven't heard about,Gitaroo Man.
