I don't recall any game seriously using it apart from maybe the Ty the Tasmanian Tiger series (even then the subtitles may be in the typical American English, I can't remember). Even British English isn't common in games with mainly Sony using it [it is a policy since their films and TV shows also have British English subtitles, most of the time anyway] and sometimes it is half assed.
