I'm currently working on Rose but ripping her sprites is no joke. TONS of effects from her intros, normals, specials, supers, and even outros. Some of them are not in the test menu and not all the times you have to rely on that.

if they do get ripped, console/handheld port-specific characters (such as eagle, maki and ingrid) shouldn't be counted as sprites for this game, since this IS specifically the arcade version.

Technically speaking, a lot of palettes from the home and PSP versions need to be added, especially for both versions of Sodom and Chun-Li. Example from Zytor's long outdated site: https://www.zytor.com/~johannax/jigsaw/sf/chunli.html
