This is not intended behavior and is meant to auto-close when zooming as well. We're working on resolving this with our provider but in the meantime, refreshing often fixes it. The sprites are broken... Software Creations decided to use the background color for some of its sprites such as getting hit and two of the pigs. Even if you change the background color, it affects those sprites.
