Rally X/New Rally X must have been popular in France to have inspired games with more detailed graphics and the second one where you play as a getaway car driving away from the police (so would this be inspired by Hold Up then?). You don't tend to see many Rally X clones compared to many of the early 1980s arcade games.

This one is slower pace though probably due to the isometric view.
