@ZTO Weirdly this is like that in the other versions (NES, Master System/Game Gear, Mega Drive). The CD-i version even ditches the monster truck for the icon.

I think it is either to reflect on the slower speed or maybe even a time trial. Maybe some who used to work at Codemasters might give an answer.

This one has a weird icon, the rest are quite clear but this one has a third of it hogged up by a stopwatch.
