so i found a continuation of that that basically said that if a character moves less in battle, they are trying less.
undyne the undying - bouncing with hair blowing in the wind, and a glowing eye thats constantly moving. she wants to kill you..
toriel - barely moving and just changing facial expressions. she doesnt want to kill you.
papyrus moves less than toriel and has the ability to manipulate his bones better than the queen of the underground can manipulate her fire magic. papyrus could probbably kill us in an instant,but he doesnt. he would rather chill and eat spagetti than evicerate the underground to get such power to break the barrier. him,shaggy,and kirby are the trifecta of "could i kill you in an instant? yes. would i rather eat lunch? also yes."

I saw this comment on something which went "Everyone else gets tied up by 1 vine, Paps needs like 5. This proves Paps is strong"

I've never noticed how expressive Papyrus was.

Papyrus' confused sprite was illustrated by Guzusuru and got scrapped for not being shitty enough.
This is also why Doge was scrapped.

Papyrus is a really cool character for me.
For some reason, but i just want to point out that papyrus without a head is REAAALLY creepy.
