hey guys i found the name for the three squares its "sequencer"
dont know what it does tho, i might experiment with the possibilities in functionality
also the tile omitter is "BlockBreak" and i was right about the "Linker"

..but if i have to be honest, the unused ones give me a reason to learn godot again

I zipped them for one word: Laziness.
personally if i were ripping these i would've arranged all the gizmos into one sheet rather than a zip file
there's literally no reason for this to be a zip tho, also there ARE some unused gizmos in there
well, idk if this is the case for everyone, but for me atleast, zip files are easier to use on scratch, so ye
