From what I heard (and from personal experience) , the sprites are incomplete, as it requires additional cleanup (pallete limiting, transparency, etc.). Sure, all of the animations are there and accounted for, but it was submitted either too early, or in a rush to meet a deadline. When it comes to projects like this, they often bite the bullet and ship it the way it is, leaving the modders to do it for free.

Regardless, an effort has been made, just not in the most ideal of conditions.

Any reason the transparent color issues are just not on this sheet ?
They seem to only be in S3 and are just about everywhere (mainly on hammer rush)
its kinda why i was thinking separating the sheet per game would avoid this
