I have the icons for all resources (not just food) saved to my Drive, I'll try to upload them when I have time. There's something weird about Patch 1.2 though and I am no longer able to rip the files for the game, so I'm not sure I'll be able to keep contributing past this point. Time will tell, I suppose.
