nice to see this finally being outside of unused now i can finally rule the unused category muahaha
Just for a bit of clarification since I now have context for this character (I was the one that intially rejected it, as I incorrectly assumed there were some customs mixed in), seems that only the front-facing sprites are seen in-game (the two in the lower-left corner, as "spr_hugo_fan_front"), the rest are all unused in the game's files and tucked in an undescript "spr_copy_paste_dump_7" sprite (not even split up or anything, exactly as seen here). So even though 75% of this sheet is unused, it doesn't make sense to have it in the "Unused Content" category because of the front-facing sprites that are.
That being said, there is actually a slight difference with the sprites seen in-game, one pixel of the shadow is cut off (left side for the first sprite, right side for the second, opposite of the raised foot), causing it to become asymmetrical in the process. Just felt that was worth mentioning.
