@tent2 The problem is, the game's sprites arrangement, instead of being normal, is split into a bunch of folders that are a pain in the ass to gather sprites from, theres the guy walking, his mouth, cigarrette, etc.

The game's source code has been available for a full decade and that makes ripping those sprites extremely easy. You should try using that next time you want to rip sprites from this game.

@Doc von Schmeltwick: Part of it is the former, since the background colour is the exact same as the cigarette.
Not sure if bad sheet or terrible graphics. That amount of pixel size disparity on the same sprites makes me a tad nauseous.
