It's the fact that he kept insisting that certain aspects were Steel Wool's responsibility despite evidence claiming otherwise, deliberately spreading misinformation with each additional reply. Perhaps the rule is a little vague, but this kind of behaviour would fall under that sort of thing.

i mean he was messing around yea but i dont really think "i think golden freddy is springtrap" and then basically going nuh uh to mess around is really an 'accusation'

There are legitimately people who think that way, so it's difficult to tell if his comments were genuine or not.

Plus, I should take the time to remind him that trolling in such a manner breaks rule #2 ("Making accusations without evidence or a VERY good reason to do so is against the rules."), and if he was doing that deliberately then that's grounds for a warning.

I KNOW, it's hilarious. How he just disappears as soon as we have really solid evidence against him. Or maybe he'll come back?

SteamDB pulls data directly from Steam's servers. You also need to use Steam itself to run the command to download the older version from Steam's own servers. How is that not proof enough? Do you think it just materializes a "fake" version of the game by punching in a bunch of random numbers or something?

And if you're not going to take our word for it, how about Markiplier's from March 6, 2015 (three days after release)?

That ISN'T the main proof he's using though? In fact, the steamDB stuff could've HELPED your argument.
What RandomTalkingBush said depends on regular steam. It's just easier to get the thing FROM steamDB, though it is possible to get it anywhere else really.

steamdb is an unofficial website so you can't trust it as real evidence

Let me give you a step-by-step process to prove you wrong.

1. Get Five Nights at Freddy's 3 on Steam if you don't have it already.
2. Go to SteamDB's "manifests" page for FNAF3. While yes, the game was updated once in 2017, that's not what we're here for.
3. Click "Steam console" next to the "Copy format" option, then go down to the bottom of the list and click on the icon of the two overlapping boxes on the right side of the earliest version of the game from March 3, 2015. It should copy a command to your clipboard, and have a window pop up. Click "Open Steam console".
4. If Steam isn't running, it'll start up. If it brings you to the console window afterwards, paste the copied command ("download_depot 354140 354141 7347781997893433870") to the window and press Enter.
5. If done correctly, it should say "Downloading depot 354141 (1 files, 108 MB) ..." and then "Depot download complete" and its file path afterwards. Go there to find the oldest version of the game you just downloaded.
6. Use whatever tool you would normally use to decompile Clickteam games. I'll be using SourceExplorer for this example. When it starts up, drag-and-drop the game's EXE file in it.
7. When it's done (it'll take a bit, be patient), open up the folder that has the game's extracted assets and look around 'em.
8. Oh would you look at that, it's Stage 01, from the very first 2015 build of the game.

9. And just to prove they weren't added in an update, here's literally everything that was added to the game between its initial release and the current version.

No it isn't? It's a feature. It works with any search term. Plus, if you search "five nights at freddy's before:2012", it just shows stuff sort of similar to FNAF, but not direct articles mentioning it.

Also, it works on YouTube as well. That is not how bugs work.

TBH, I don't even know why I have to say this. Stage01 was NOT made by Steel Wool. It isn't in their artstyle, and it was there on FNAF 3's release.
If you use the Before feature on YouTube, it shows the date the video came out.
And on youtube, you CANNOT edit a video with new footage, you can only change title and description.
And if you search stage01 before:2016, it shows videos from 10 YEARS AGO.

Also, if it really WAS an update, wouldn't any of the MILLIONS of FNAF wikis mention it?
There's also a poster of springbonnie that has a chance of appearing on the camera for Room 02. Also, we see the suit William gets springlocked in in FNAF 3, and it's the springbonnie one. That last one about william is apart of the CORE STORY AND GAMEPLAY OF THE GAME, and if it wasn't there on release, then FNAF 3 wouldn't make any sense.
That is all the proof I need that steel wool did NOT make Stage01.

No it wasn't?

Scott / Steel Wool hasn't modified or updated FNAF 1 - 4 since they released, except for maybe bug fixes.

If you search this into youtube or google "fnaf 3 stage 01 before:2016", it'll show you all videos / images from before 2016. And there you will find millions of videos and images of Stage01 taken in 2015, 4 YEARS before steel wool took over.

You don't know what i'm talking about. Stage 01, the Minigame from FNAF 3.
There's a sheet for it on this site, if you want proof! check the fnaf 3 page for it.
