@Nidoking: They are. This appears to be a bootleg of Mitsume Ga Tooru, those sprites are of Hosuke Sharaku, that game's protagonist.

Yeah I Know The Sprite Is Awful Because The Pokémon (Colored) Hacks Have Terrible Playable Character Sprites For Example Pokémon Yellow, A Hack Of Tiny Toon Adventures Replacing Buster Into A (VERY POORLY DRAWN) Pikachu. Shadowman44 Ripped The Sprites Of Pikachu. I Guess They Want To Make This Tinytoon Hack Special, But It Failed.
