It has been a LONG time since I touched End of Destiny, but I definitely found the regenerating ultraclone a frustration that prevents me from wanting to replay. Especially as I get easily lost in Wolf3d mods, and enjoy spending time looking for secrets and learning the layout- an enemy you can't permanently put down was a mood killer.
Sometimes I had a hard time getting through some levels with him because he's always regenerating, so I thought he didn't have limited lives. And if he did have limited lives, then I think he has about 100 lives, if not more, of course. I'm not a game unpacker, but that's just how I imagine it.
