Hover over it with your mouse. Does it say "Show NSFW Assets" or "Hide NSFW Assets"?
i have it on and its still stuff that are about weapons and like 3 enemy sheets in the id vault section despite there being way more

@EpicJohn11: Clever optimization also helps DOOM run well on a lot of things.
The reason Doom is so runnable is because all the 3D-looking graphics are done on the computer's CPU, rather than the GPU like most modern games. This makes it a lot easier to run on pretty much any system that has a computer inside of it.
Most things can run doom. My brain can run Kirby super star for the snes. If i can beat doom and know every location in doom, my brain can run doom too.
