This is what the hit flash palette was intended to look like.

Arms also means weapons and ammo aka the spinning gun tentacles.
I'm confused as to why it's Heat Arms when there's only one. I know that's the official name (or a Romanization thereof), but still...
@EXEcutor-The-Bat: I literally thought the same exact thing when I saw it.
Anybody else think this is the same hand that's on the Kyodai Eggman Robo?
