@PICO-8 Tails Tec Toy did the bare minimum for porting this game, like for example, the level select isn't even usable, because 1 on a Master System controller is just the start button

While I really dislike the actual game, I really like the pre-rendered artstyle!

People have made remakes of Sonic 1, 2, Chaos and Triple Trouble, what about this game? I know it isn't the best game gear game, but I think it deserves a remake too.

Hot take: The special stages here might not be good, but they're less annoying than Sonic 2's or Sonic Heroes's.
