MS Paint sprites.
You know I'm fine with when the sprite's are trying to be cartoony and faithful like the tv show but then again some of them just doesn't put alot of effort and didn't care about better quality instead just leave them like this (Nicktoons Unite is the biggest example).
These graphics look very unfinished.
