all the maps and sprites was finished but they didn't have time to test it so they remove it
I guess the devs realized that including him in this game makes zero sense plot-wise, which is probably why he was cut. It would have made way more sense including him in Legacy of Goku II.

These were found in a prototype version of Buu's Fury. No shadows on the rip but that can easily be added. Credit goes to the team of folks who are trying to uncover all the lost hidden content from these games.
These animations are so goofy, that bottom one looks like he's trying to do the freakazoid run.
