Having Michael Jackson's icon be him playing Sonic 2 makes me happy. Very clever!
Let's not forget he gets referenced and parodied in video games a lot. And like RaymanFan1995 said, there's a few titles with his name, would we rather have separate customs per title or one blanket one. Plus some of those other bands have been in video games like Kiss has Psycho Circus and Pinball while Aerosmith has Revolution X.
Michael Jackson Customs is a thing because of games like Moonwalker and The Experience. Some, if not all, of the bands you mentioned are featured in various rhythm/music games like Rock Band and Singstar, so I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed. Then again, one of the staff members (Bush, I think) said they were thinking of relaxing the "must have at least one game based on it" rule, so either way, yeah, should be fine.
