It still wouldn't work out since the Mets in X4-X6 are styled differently than the ones from MM8 and MM&B

No, not really because the graphic used to represent Dr. Light in MM8 is different than here

In a way, this also counts as MM8 style, since the PS1 X games and 8 share the same artstyle.
