Now that is awesome. I'd love to see this as a mod someday.
The only thing I'd ask for in this sheet would be if there was more frames of the signposts it spins, since if you look closely you can see a blurred Sonic merged with Robotnik/Eggman as the signpost spins in the hack instead of Mario/Somari. But then again it's minor so it wouldn't really matter if the remaining signpost frames baring the front-facing Eggman and side-facing frames were altered.

I based the sheet on the idea of Mario replacing Sonic like in Somari, so I didn't add many Mario-based special moves, and unfortunately, I don't have the time to add more to the sheet right now :(
