Why is he flipping the bird?
One reason why I included two alt. palettes with black (and dark brown like his hair for contrast) instead of blue to better match Seasons 1-4, early books/annuals and live shows.
For a second I thought this was that one plumber at the plumber academy in the Super Mario Bros. Super Show. What the hell is wrong with me.

He was associated with the thumbs up prior to the CGI seasons (e.g. at the end of the first two intros), so I included it instead of the generic hand raise to give him a unique (and accurate) select sprite. Tried to keep his thumb to the far left and the knuckles longer by a pixel to avoid a "SMB1 Toad" situation.
