EDIT: Alright, so I just got set up my GameCube and GBASP again to see if the palettes where correct and it turns out, they both are actually!!! I have two of the exact same Game Boy Advance SPs and tested both of them!!! One uses the GBA Palette and the other uses the Real Palette.
