In the first two MMX games, he seemed to be about the same size as X, but slightly taller. Not sure why they made him so bulky in X3 though. |

If this game looks like World Rally, that's because this is the predecessor to that game. This is much slower though and more awkward to control. |

This isn't the only popular fighting game that doesn't have many rips here... The rippers who specialise on those rips mostly don't come here and the ones that we do should really be thankful for doing them. I think people really need to understand is that it takes time and passion to do these than most other rips, it isn't like you get a file/tool and have all the sprites ready to rip like later consoles/PC. Fighting games have a lot of poses, some can be very large, they reuse a bunch of tiles with some games having a layout all over the place which is why most just remove the layers and capture them. Also the emulators that people use to rip them are also old that would have problems running them in the future and even the ROMs themselves aren't compatible with MAME/FBN as they would have been badly dumped or misnamed at best. |

Yeah, the tape release has a colouring mistake on Asterix's trousers while this was fixed on the disc release. Which is a bit ironic considering this port was made in France as in Asterix's home country. Not the only CPC game that does this (the UK release of WEC Le Mans has an incorrect palette on the loading screen while it was fixed for the Spanish release). |
