Referred to as "Daydreak" in-game but I think we can ignore that. Remember this is also the game that gave us "Guri" (from Star Wars?) and "DWORF" |

Im surprised no one has been ripping the sprites from this game until recently. |
Sep 12, 2022, 5:26 PM | shadowman44 | Game: Montezuma's Revenge (USA) |
Wonder why they only wanted to port this to the Master System? You'd think the NES would get a remake like this too. |

3D, huh? |

I wish we had a bigger artwork with high resolution. Because it's too small. |
Sep 12, 2022, 3:09 PM | Yawackhary | Game: Super Mario World 64 (Bootleg) |
@Magic Mike Matei Another stage had one of themes from TaleSpin IIRC. The developers took whatever music was in other games and not really bothered following the songs from the original game. Since it used GEMS, there is a LOT of choice that they could have stole from. (As a note: Super Mario World on that list is the Squirrel King bootleg and Super Mario 98 is also Sonic Jam 6, SMW 64 isn't on the list). Usually bootlegs use the Data East High Seas Havoc or the Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair sound engines but at least try to do original songs, even the covers at least are rearranged... This means that this game is worse than most bootlegs in sound since the GEMS sound engine to put it lightly is kind of crap with a few highlights (not as bad as Sound Images or Steve Hayes [EA Marble Madness, Lotus Turbo Challenge] though, those hurt your ears)... |

@GLITCH3000O1: You can rip from the legacy version? |
Sep 12, 2022, 7:11 AM | Dolphman | Sheet: Wham Bam Rock |
Palette swapping might be the only answer to a patch. Here's my take on how a censored version could work. It sorta makes it closer to his redesign. |
Sep 12, 2022, 6:45 AM | Deathbringer | Sheet: Wham Bam Rock |
Changing palette for the Virtual Console just required making a patch to change a variable for it, changing sprites would be more work to put in for just a re-release. |

I really wonder why this guy wasn't updated for re-releases. The only time when they got rid of the stereotype was in Super Star Ultra. Not even Nintendo Switch Online has this guy updated. Is it because no one really talks about this case of racial stereotypes in Nintendo games? That's the only explanation I can think of, as Jynx's sprites in Pokémon Yellow had an additional shade of purple in the Virtual Console release, and everyone under the sun knows about that scandal. |
Sep 11, 2022, 11:22 PM | MarioMadness734 | Game: Kirby Customs |
@Starlequin While I can't say I recognize the image, it looks like it could be from a game manual or promotional material (which is the more likely of the two if you ask me, given the background.) If I am to assume this is promotional art (which is debatable,) I'm willing to bet the drawing is from the 2000s era, an era where Dark Matter appeared multiple times as cameos in various games. The artwork would likely have been made no later than Kirby Super Star Ultra, as after Epic Yarn and Mass Attack, almost all of the promotional artwork switched to being CGI. |

@ZTO The first time they tried to make them different failed. (The infamous Quack Pack cartoon) but succeeded later on (The 2017 DuckTales reboot) Even Alvin and the Chipmunks knew to make each brother different. Heck, they even share the same colour coding as the duck triplets! |

Haven't been able to at the time, but now I've figured out a way to extract the files personally, so I'll try to gather all the renders and upload them. |

Yeah, I am viewing it with Windows Photo Viewer. It appears to come out all right on other image viewers. My apologies, I was just a bit confused at first. |
Sep 11, 2022, 4:57 PM | Dreggsome | Game: Plants vs. Zombies |
The PC version's graphics are compressed to hell to save on storage space since the game's max resolution is like, 600p. So while the target zombie may be used in the console version, the console version uses different sprites, hence why it's listed as unused here: because this isn't the console version. |
Sep 11, 2022, 4:49 PM | CaptainGame17 | Sheet: Goomba (Mario Bros.-Style) |
@FamicomKun probably, but its more fun to make new sprites :] |
Sep 11, 2022, 3:12 PM | Random Talking Bush | Sheet: Sub & Special Icons |
These were taken from the Splatfest demo, so if there's anything missing then that's why. And that's one of the many reasons why people should wait until the game's officially released before ripping content, instead of racing to finish sheets using incomplete content. |

Sep 11, 2022, 2:01 PM | Noah Infinity | Sheet: Sub & Special Icons |

What are you viewing it with? If this is because you're looking at it with Windows Photo Viewer or something, that's not the sheet doing it. |
Sep 11, 2022, 12:45 PM | MegaDrive2000 | Game: Sonic Unleashed |

So it turns out that the blear is not on the sheet when you view it on the site, but when you download it, it does have it. Try downloading it, and you'll see what I mean. |
