I think it basically connected the Genesis to the internet, and games could be gotten like that? I could be wrong.
Jun 1, 2017 8:02 PM Doc von Schmeltwick Asset: Bowser (Overworld) I figured these were made from separate pieces that were moved around subtly for each frame, placed on top of one another when rendered in-game, which would save up space for graphics, I think. Because if you notice, many of these are almost exactly the same, except for the position of a few parts, which look like that same part on another sprite, but in in a subtly different place.

Rather interesting, cheap flash graphics aside.
